About Organisation Insights
Practitioners, not consultants.
We have delivered what we advise on. That is not a differentiator we claim — it is the reason our current-state analysis is specific rather than generic.
01 — Who we are
We start where others skip.
Organisation Insights is a boutique digital and IT strategy consultancy based in Amsterdam. We work with executive and IT leadership at mid-market and enterprise organisations — helping them understand their current digital and IT landscape clearly, and defining where to take it next.
Our advisory work is vendor-neutral. Technology choices are driven by what the situation requires, not by what we know how to deliver. Where the right answer is the Microsoft stack, we have the hands-on capability to deliver it — but that capability does not shape the recommendation.
02 — Track record
Experience across the full delivery lifecycle.
Organisation Insights has delivered over 40 M&A and carve-out engagements, 10 ERP programmes, and multiple global CRM and HRM implementations — many of them running in parallel with active acquisition and integration work. That experience across the full delivery lifecycle is what makes our current-state analysis specific rather than generic: we know what a complex application landscape looks like under pressure, because we have had to work with one.

03 — What makes us different
Honest analysis. No vendor agenda.
Current state before strategy
We do not define where you are going before we understand where you actually are. Every engagement starts with an accurate picture of the current landscape — not a framework applied to an assumed one.
Vendor-neutral advice
Our strategic advice is not shaped by our delivery capability. We recommend what the situation requires. If that is not the Microsoft stack, we will say so.
Delivery experience informs the analysis
We have implemented ERP, CRM, and HRM systems. We have run technology integration during live M&A activity. That experience means we know where the complexity is before the client tells us.
“The map you skip is why your roadmap won't land.”
